Introduction
This policy applies to the processing of personal data collected by Innovation&trust France (hereinafter “Innovation&trust”) via its website www.wizcare.care (hereinafter “the Site”).
The Site is provided by Innovation&trust, a subsidiary of the Tessi Group.

The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out under the responsibility of Innovation&trust.

Personal data categories / Collection
Innovation&trust processes the following categories of Site User data:
- identification data (title, surname, first name, personal e-mail address if applicable),
- professional data (name and address of the entity for which you are acting, its intra-Community VAT and/or SIRET number, professional e-mail address, professional telephone number),
- connection data (identifiers, logs),
- content of exchanges following a request for assistance or contact, where applicable: results of satisfaction surveys, etc. ;
Furthermore, if you contact us using the contact form on the site, we will process your identification data and the content of the messages exchanged.
Similarly, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we record your e-mail address so that we can provide you with the information requested.
Purposes / Legal basis for processing personal data
The purposes of the processing of personal data carried out by Innovation&trust are as follows:
- fraud prevention and securing the Site and exchanges with users
- creation and management of customer/prospect databases and commercial prospecting,
- technical and/or commercial assistance (via the contact form or, where applicable, the telephone),
- provision of sharing buttons for social networks,
- statistics, analysis and audience research,
- marketing studies, including satisfaction surveys by e-mail and/or telephone.
Innovation&trust collects and processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Innovation&trust (this concerns: fraud prevention, security of the Site, production of statistics, commercial prospecting, technical and commercial assistance, management of customer and prospective customer databases, marketing studies),
- you have consented to the processing concerned (for example, by accepting a cookie, subscribing to the newsletter or receiving exclusive offers or good deals).

Data collection and processing
Innovation&trust collects personal data from Users directly when they browse the Site, either automatically, by means of cookies, or via the information entry forms displayed on the Site.
With regard to the information entry forms displayed on the Site, personal data that must be provided is identified by an asterisk “*Required fields”. Failure to provide personal data identified as mandatory will result in the form in question not being validated.
Personal data is processed via the Site when you:
- access the Site
- consult the pages of the Site
- subscribe to our newsletter
- contact customer service;
- share content with someone by sending them the link to the article by e-mail;
- enter their data in the forms displayed on the Site.
Cookies
A cookie is a trace deposited by the User’s Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome) on a dedicated space on the User’s hard disk, by the server of the site that the User visits or consults.
The Site uses cookies deposited by Innovation &trust or its service providers and used for its own needs. Innovation &trust is therefore the Data Controller. Innovation&trust is therefore the Data Controller (see the section entitled “Identity of the Data Controller”).
Personal data that is automatically obtained when Users connect to and browse the Site, in particular the IP address of their terminal, and/or via computer files stored on their terminal, commonly known as “cookies”, is used in accordance with the procedures set out in the “Cookie Management Policy“.
Social media share buttons
The site uses share buttons for social media networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to facilitate the exchange of information between the site and the social media sites in question.
The personal data of individuals using the share buttons can therefore be saved on the servers of social media network publishers.
Innovation&Trust France is not responsible for the processing of your personal data by social networks for the purposes defined by the latter.
We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the personal data management policies of the social media networks concerned.
Data recipients
Personal data collected on the site is reserved for the use of Innovation&Trust France, Tessi’s digital factory. The data may be sent to Tessi Group subsidiaries. It may also be sent to our service providers/suppliers involved in site management (especially the site technical administrator and host and the site traffic measurement service provider).

Innovation&Trust may be required to disclose personal data to the relevant authorities as part of operations aimed at combating criminal activity.
Retention period
The retention period for cookies shall not exceed thirteen months.
Data used for the purposes of sales prospecting, communication of requested content and assistance will be kept for the duration of the business relationship, and then for a period of three years from the end of the business relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data relating to a prospect will be kept for a period of three years from the date of collection or from the last contact from the prospect (e.g. a request for documentation, a request for assistance, a telephone call to customer service, a click on a hypertext link in an email sent by Tessi, a positive response to an email asking whether the prospect wishes to continue to receive sales prospecting at the end of the three-year period).
Personal data collected for the purpose of recruitment is managed confidentially by the human resources department and is not kept for more than one year from the last contact with you.
Exercising data subject rights
In accordance with the legal basis for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object (including the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing) and, as appropriate, withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to restrict data processing and to the portability of your personal data. You can exercise your rights by contacting the Tessi Group’s Data Protection Officer (see “Tessi Group DPO contact details” section). Your request must include your full name and your email or postal address and be signed. If in doubt, we may ask you to send us a copy of a valid proof of identity.
You can also object to the sending of sales information by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of the emails you receive from Innovation&Trust France.
If, after contacting our DPO, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you can submit a complaint online at www.cnil.fr or by post to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) at CNIL – 3 Place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 Paris, Cedex 07, if you are in France.
If you are in Spain, you can submit a complaint online at www.aepd.es or by post to AEPD, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
