Introduction
A cookie is a trace deposited by the User’s Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome) on a dedicated space on the User’s hard disk, by the server of the Site that the User visits or consults.

Session or persistent cookies

Social media share buttons
The Platform offers the User the option of sharing their order on the Facebook and Instagram social networks. Facebook is informed when the User navigates to the Platform page containing the Facebook share button. Furthermore, when the User activates the Facebook share button and creates or connects to his or her account, Facebook implements cookies that track the User’s web browsing.
Similarly, when the User uses the Instagram share button and creates or connects to his/her account, Instagram implements cookies. These cookies are beyond the control of Tessi Technologies. Exercising individual rights
Depending on the legal basis for the processing of their personal data, Users have the right to access, object to, rectify, delete and port their Personal Data or, where applicable, withdraw their consent at any time, as well as the right to limit the data. This right may be exercised by contacting Innovation&trust’s DPO (see “DPO (Data Protection Officer) contact details“). The request must indicate the User’s surname and first name, e-mail or postal address and be signed. In case of doubt, Innovation&trust’s DPO may ask the User to provide a copy of valid proof of identity.
